The mission of International Journal of Surgery and Clinical Research (IJSCR) is to promote excellence in surgical research work, education, surgical and clinical practice. IJSCR aim to publish original research article, review article, case report that contribute to the understanding of surgical techniques, patient outcomes, and the wide impact of surgery on healthcare.

The mission of the Department of Surgery is:

1. To restore health through surgical interference, remembering patient dignity and comfort are integral to overall health.

2. To provide the best possible care to patients who require surgical services.

3. To provide modern and technological educational programs in all fields of clinical surgery and in the biologic basis of surgical illness.

4. To produce latest and current information from its research programs which will contribute to the practical solutions and theoretical structure of future surgical practice.
